Major accountabilities:
Drive Competitive Sales Growth
- Identify and prioritize high-potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) through data analysis.
- Influence prescription decisions by driving sales performance and creating positive customer experiences.
Engage and Build Relationships
- Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer challenges decision drivers pain points and opportunities.
- Personalize and orchestrate engagement journeys for target HCPs using customer preferences available content and multiple channels.
- Build sustained collaboration with HCPs to strengthen partnerships for Novartis.
- Deliver memorable customer-centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening and understanding their healthcare environment.
- Establish strong relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at the territory level.
- Challenge current behaviors to improve patient journeys (right patient right time).
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design solutions addressing unmet needs.
- Act as a trusted partner by listening learning and creating ethical value-driven solutions.
- Treat customers and colleagues with transparency and respect.
- Speak up and do the right thing when facing ethical dilemmas.
- Live by Novartis Code of Ethics Values and Behaviors.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience leading private business nationally.
- A Pharmacy degree
- Very strong business acumen and communications skills.
