Position Overview
Weseeka detail-oriented Administrativeand Special ProjectsAssistant to support our presidents initiatives and office operations. This role combines fundraising support operational management and position is initially for a 4-month period with the potential for extension andadditionalhours based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Development& Membership Support
Maintainand update donor database withaccuratecontact information
Research potential donors and analyze giving patterns
Prepare meeting materials and follow-up communications
Recordand deposit incoming physical checks
Office Management
Track office supply inventory and place orders when needed
Liaison with building management ITwhen needed
Document& Data Support
Maintain organized digitaland physicalfiling systems
Performsystematicdatabase cleaning includingvalidating and organizing CRM and Mailchimpcontact list and manage ongoing data maintenance
Requirements
2 years administrative experience
Proficiencyin database managementGoogle Suiteand Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with donor management systems preferred
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Schedule & Location
Part-time position:8hours per week
Required presence in NYC office weekly
Flexible scheduling around core business hours
CompensationHourly rateranges from$25 to $32commensuratewith experience.
