Job Summary

Administrativeand Special ProjectsAssistant - Part-Time

Position Overview

Weseeka detail-oriented Administrativeand Special ProjectsAssistant to support our presidents initiatives and office operations. This role combines fundraising support operational management and position is initially for a 4-month period with the potential for extension andadditionalhours based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Development& Membership Support

  • Maintainand update donor database withaccuratecontact information

  • Research potential donors and analyze giving patterns

  • Prepare meeting materials and follow-up communications

  • Recordand deposit incoming physical checks

Office Management

  • Track office supply inventory and place orders when needed

  • Liaison with building management ITwhen needed

Document& Data Support

  • Maintain organized digitaland physicalfiling systems

  • Performsystematicdatabase cleaning includingvalidating and organizing CRM and Mailchimpcontact list and manage ongoing data maintenance

Requirements

  • 2 years administrative experience

  • Proficiencyin database managementGoogle Suiteand Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with donor management systems preferred

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Schedule & Location

  • Part-time position:8hours per week

  • Required presence in NYC office weekly

  • Flexible scheduling around core business hours

CompensationHourly rateranges from$25 to $32commensuratewith experience.
