Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:Phone communication within the Teaching and Learning DepartmentUpload information inclusive of rostering of all students for MAP GrowthProvide technical assistance with MAP Growth assessments and provide in classroom assistance at all four schools during testing windows as neededPrepare reports from MAP Growth assessmentsParticipate in NWEA MAP workshops and updates as neededOrganize and mail out end of year MAP Growth Family ReportsSupport the planning organizing and facilitating of New Hire OrientationMaintain an overview of all curriculum platforms/textbooks assessments and other instructional materials for the districtOversee particular digital platforms and rostering of such platformsSupport management of purchase orders and invoices related to the curriculum accounts in the budgetExpeditious handling of purchase orders and purchasing of curriculum books and other materialsAssist actively with professional developmentAssist in overseeing PDPs for staffTrack Tuition Assistance Program and support communication with all items regarding the tuition reimbursement processCreate tuition reimbursement overview and yearly summaryVerify licensure and endorsement for all LPS facultyHelp prepare any district presentations or reports to the School CommitteePrepare LPS district calendar and School Committee calendar yearly Prepare and support district and school wide eventsProvide support for Superintendents administrative assistant as neededCommunicate with families of students that are partaking in homeschoolMaintain records of Homeschool documents and communicationMonitor mentor assignment and communication in regards to mentorshipMaintain communication and documentation of ESSA and other grantsWrite and maintain minutes for the School CommitteeSupport with the Human Resources and Hiring Process of all LPS staffAssist in management of ReadySubPerform other duties as assigned by supervising administratorThis job description roles responsibilities are subject to change by the employer as the needs of the system and the requirements of the job change.
