Your work will support decision-making at all levels helping us create a high-performing inclusive and future-ready organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Youll be the go-to for strategic HR reporting and insights responsible for:

  • Designing and building interactive KPI-driven dashboards in Power BI.
  • Transforming data into storytelling dashboards that provide clear actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Applying advanced analytics techniques including predictive modelling and exploring AI tools for generative insights.
  • Integrating and transforming data from multiple HR systems (Workday aPay) to create a unified accurate and reliable data foundation for reporting and analytics.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence workforce planning and decision-making.

Please note this is a full-time (37.5hours/week)  position with a salary range of $110700 - $136700 depending on skills and experience.

Were looking for someone who is curious analytical and solution-focused with the ability to translate data into meaningful stories for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR Business IT or related field.

Experience:

  • 4 years in data or analytics roles (HR or People Analytics preferred) with at least 12 years at a senior advisory level.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic reporting and insights at a senior level.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday SmartRecruiters)
  • Experience in leveraging AI for advanced reporting and insights.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Power BI (including DAX for complex measures and knowledge of M query).
  • Strong SQL and familiarity with Snowflake.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
