Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination of receiving staging picking packing and shipping of company directed products into and out of the Salt Lake City UT Finished Goods Warehouse to ensure that maximum service is delivered to all customers. Integral part of the job is marshalling resources under the direction of the warehouse supervisor/manager to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create and Post cycle counts investigate inventory variances and ensure accurate accounting across controls.
  • Assist in the management of the Finished Goods inventory control including but not limited to weekly cycle counting.
  • Monitor inventory movements analyze accuracy metrics and recommend system/process improvements.
  • Point person for Cycle counts and all Inventory Adjustments and requests including Root Cause investigations of variances at assigned sites.
  • Point Person for New Style bins that need to be created in Infor.
  • Maintain internal controls and optimize transaction codes in Infor for efficiency.
  •  Measure performance of Inventory accuracy and underlying causes of errors.
  • Audit receiving/shipping processes and ensure compliance with documented procedures.
  • Support PO and Receipt variance analysis and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
  • Uphold quality standards company values and policy compliance.
  • Continuously develop technical skills and complete other duties as assigned.
  • Replenishment of Inventory for Customer Orders and Picking Bins.
  • Perform and provide oversight for safe and efficient unloading staging receiving picking packing and staging of products from the Salt Lake Warehouse to meet the delivery expectations of our customers.
  • Work with Warehouse Supervisor Supply Chain Inventory Control Manager and all Warehouse Employees to ensure customer and shipping requirements and expectations are met.
  • Ensure effectiveness of the Warehouse staff through effective communications coordination of resources training monitoring/reporting performance and role modeling RWSC values.

 OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain quality service by establishing following and enforcing organization quality system standards.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Continue to develop technical knowledge by attending educational workshops classes or programs.
  • Conduct self according to RWSC policies/Handbook.

Qualifications :

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Excel Infor and Factory Track is preferred) or (Knowledge of Excel ERP and Scanning systems is preferred).

 ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail organization and multitasking skills
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience
  • Post-secondary education in business supply chain management or related field.
  • Warehouse management systems experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Drive for results

 REQUIRED LICENSES CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS

  • Fork-lift certification
