Stadia Kitchen Team Member

As a Kitchen team member you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff on all duties

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be part of the Bar and Catering Team who will contribute in achieving the highest standard of food production for the Stadium while meeting customer expectations health and safety requirements and financial targets.

What you will do

• Work as part of the kitchen team to clear wash and clean ensuring the highest levels of hygiene
• Ensure equipment is clean and available for use throughout the service
• Clean crockery cutlery and cooking equipment
• Clean down the kitchen at the end of service including wiping sides mopping sweeping emptying bins and taking out rubbish
• Ensure cleaning rotas are adhered to
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by your line manager.

Qualifications :

• Are you able to work within a team as well as on your own
• Are you comfortable with a fast paced and energetic environment
• Are you a great communicator
