Job Summary
Lead and contribute to Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations in complex enterprise environments.
Design configure and optimize Work Orders Service Appointments Scheduling Policies and Service Territories.
Configure and manage Optimization Engine Skills-based Routing and advanced scheduling scenarios.
Ensure efficient field workforce management including route planning SLA tracking and real-time monitoring.
Produce and analyze Service Reports to support operational decision-making.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Lead and support functional and technical teams ensuring alignment with best practices and project goals.
Participate in and support system integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
Contribute to solution design documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce including at least 2 years working with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
Proven experience in at least two end-to-end FSL implementation projects in complex environments.
Advanced knowledge of:
Work Orders
Service Appointments
Scheduling Policies
Service Territories
Optimization Engine
Service Reports
Skills-based Routing
Strong understanding of field service best practices including workforce management route optimization SLA management and real-time operations.
Experience leading functional and technical teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
Solid experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in hybrid and collaborative environments.
