Job Summary
- Draft review and negotiate contracts with commercial partners suppliers and service providers
- Provide legal advisory support in matters related to corporate contractual consumer and regulatory law
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions and technical memoranda
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal policies terms and conditions and regulatory documents
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and sector-specific regulations
Qualifications :
- Law degree with active Bar Association (OAB) membership
- Previous experience in contracts (internship or junior level)
- Strong analytical and legal drafting skills
- Desirable knowledge of regulatory and consumer law
- English proficiency is mandatory
