- Collaborate with engineering IT and operations teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly manuals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all documentation.
3. Process Optimization
- Develop and standardize templates tools and processes for documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Identify gaps in existing manuals and implement solutions to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure documentation evolves with system updates and organizational changes.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for all system documentation-related queries and requirements.
- Work closely with project managers system architects and quality assurance teams to ensure documentation supports project deliverables.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote the effective use of system manuals.
5. Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of system manuals to ensure accuracy relevance and completeness.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input from end-users and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical documentation and system manual development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in technical writing system documentation or a related discipline is a plus.
Additional Information :
- 20 years of experience in system documentation technical writing or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale documentation projects.
- Experience in industries such as IT engineering manufacturing or telecommunications.
