What Youll Be Doing

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally delivering engaging service from start to finish
• Assisting guests with menu selections in an informative and personable manner
• Supporting colleagues during service for a smooth and consistent guest experience including running food refreshing beverages and resetting tables
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of beverages menu items preparation methods and current promotions
• Handling guest concerns gracefully offering solutions and proactively improving service
• Being attentive to dietary restrictions and allergies ensuring effective communication among the team
• Staying current with loyalty program offerings and promotions
• Following all outlet policies procedures and service standards
• Adhering to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For

• Service-focused personality with experience in high-volume restaurants (preferred)
• Experience in luxury hotels or service-based industries (ideal but not required)
• Genuine passion for food and beverage
• Calm courteous and professional under pressure
• Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can also work independently when needed
• Positive Can do attitude with a sense of urgency
• Highly responsible reliable and professional in appearance and conduct
• Knowledge of wine spirits beer cocktails and specialty coffee (an asset)
• Valid Serving It Right Certification
• Flexibility to work a fluctuating schedule including weekends evenings holidays and rotating shifts

Physical Aspects of the Position

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling pushing and pulling
