This role is contractor-based. On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
As a valued team member you will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that Kairros clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.
You will be responsible for completing highquality assessments such as:
- Worksite vocational functional ergonomic equipment home and job analysis
- Initial assessments to identify returntowork barriers
- Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes
- Liaising with insurers employers treating practitioners and workers where required
- Completing accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements
Qualifications :
- Contractor experience is highly regarded with minimum 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology Chiropractic.
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers medical practitioners employers colleagues and employees;
- Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
