Job Summary

As a Head Cook with GYG youll be trusted to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team setting the standard for quality speed and consistency on every shift.
- Own food execution in a high-volume environment ensuring every dish reflects GYGs commitment to fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
- Support the smooth running of the restaurant by working closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to deliver operational excellence.
