- Assist with Set up of quality documents (FMEA CP Work instructions) according to Bosch policy regulations and procedures
- Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
- Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC POKA YOKE PDCA QAM)
- Assist in problem solving processes
- Evaluate operation flow cycle time machines tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
- Assist with projects regarding cost reduction quality improvements and customer satisfaction
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
- Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
- Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
Qualifications :
- Working towards Bachelor degree in a technical field (Engineering degree highly preferred)
- Experience in planning or manufacturing for high volume products
- Computer skill in Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Project leadership skills ability to prioritize workload and meet established targets.
- Willingness/ability to learn new technology and processes.
- High level of teamwork self-initiative detailed self-motivated and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Use of analytical skills to problem solve.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and management (PMTPM knowledge).
- Good interaction skills effective communicator (oral written) and willing to share information
- Understanding of statistical capability (CpK CgK)
