Position DescriptionThe Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role provides an opportunity for a talented educator to work with students with speech and language needs. The SLP will provide direct services to students with speech and language goals in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) across four United campuses. They will also consult with general education teachers evaluate students who may be entering special education serve on the IEP team for students with speech and language goals and complete required special education paperwork such as progress reports. Team members maintain a sense of calm while addressing a number of :Holds a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited a valid Professional Pupil Services License as a School Speech-Language Pathologist from the State Board of Education in a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license from the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals at least two years of successful SLP experience in an urban school (preferred).Knowledge and Skills:Familiarity in working with children with a range of speech and language disorders including articulation disorders language delays and social communication conducting ETR evaluations and writing IEP goals as well as progress knowledge of speech and language development and to design and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor student committed to using data-driven instructional practices and the techniques outlined in Teach Like a Champion 3.0 to improve student relentless in writing refining and internalizing curriculum lessons and open and committed to implementing frequent feedback from team effectively with students families and with Google products for effective communication and completion of job of EmploymentAlthough this position will begin July 27 2026 applications will be considered is a full-time position.
