Summary
The Sales Associate will show and sell new or used cars to people who visit the car dealership. They are the chief point of contact for customers throughout the purchase process. They learn what people want and need from their vehicles and suggest cars that suit their needs and tastes best.
Essential Duties
Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle using consultative sales techniques
The ability to make good judgements and quick decisions
Perform high quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
Ability to overcome objections and stay positive
Report directly to the sales manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analysis
Ability to bring your A-GAME along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
