Summary
The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytical skills is detail oriented and is able to work well in teams in a fast-paced environment. This includes producing accurate timely reporting and variance analysis the ability to improve and automate processes and strong data gathering and presentation skills. This position will support a finance manager or a senior member of the finance team.
What Part Will You Play
Provide financial analysis and support across a variety of areas potentially including but not limited to P&L forecasting and analysis consolidation and presentation of financial results foreign currency analysis cash flow forecasting and analysis investor relations support and other ad hoc analysis projects
Develop and maintain complex Excel models while consistently finding ways to innovate and reduce time to complete key tasks
Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports including variance analysis and trending reports
Support the month-end financial close process by analyzing data and identifying errors and inconsistencies
Recommend process improvements to help drive efficiencies for the finance team including automating current processes
Create and maintain Hyperion financial reports
Support the finance team with other duties and special projects
What Are We Looking For In This Role
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years experience in a finance or accounting function
Analytical accurate detail oriented and a self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment
Data mining skills are essential. Able to quickly convert large amounts of data into usable format to support financial decisions.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to work with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Oracle EBS Hyperion Planning and Essbase a plus
BS/BA degree in business or related field is preferred
