Automotive Detailer

The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest-volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. Family-owned since 1963 we proudly operate 13 dealerships across the region and employ nearly 600 talented individuals. We recently celebrated 60 years in business and continue to grow as a premier family-owned automotive group.

If you enjoy working with cars trucks and SUVsand take pride in making them look their bestthis could be the perfect opportunity for you. This position includes a monthly bonus after 60 consecutive days of employment and 40 hours of paid time off after 90 days.

Responsibilities

Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with company standards and customer expectations
Operate buffers steamers hoses vacuums and other detailing equipment
Use cleaning protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance
Learn and perform buffing and hand polishing (training provided)
Maintain strong attention to detail in all work performed
Assist management and sales teams as requested
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for vehicles
