Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications setting appointments and supporting the sales and service teams by generating qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong phone skills a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound calls emails texts and online inquiries
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for sales and service departments
Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system
Confirm appointments and ensure customers are properly prepared for their visit
Follow up with previous customers to support repeat business and retention
Work closely with sales managers and leadership to improve appointment show rates and conversion
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals for contact volume appointments and follow-up
Qualifications
Previous BDC/BDR call center sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone communication skills with a professional tone and presence
Organized dependable and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable using CRM systems email and basic computer applications
Positive attitude with strong work ethic and coachability
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
