This role is not about posting content or running ads in isolation. Its about building and operating a real marketing system that drives sustainable growth.

Role Overview

Were looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing in Kuwait.

Youll be responsible for how growth actually happens from strategy to execution to learning working closely with leadership finance and operations.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow into senior leadership over time.

What Youll Do

  • Own marketing priorities for the Kuwait market
  • Design and run full-funnel marketing initiatives
    • awareness acquisition retention loyalty
  • Establish baselines run experiments and iterate based on learnings
  • Make smart trade-offs across channels budgets and timing
  • Track and interpret KPIs across the funnel
  • Partner closely with finance operations and CX
  • Turn execution into insights and insights into better decisions

This is a thinking doing role.

What Were Looking For

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Have 3 years of experience in marketing (digital / performance background preferred)
  • Are very comfortable with numbers analytics and measurement
  • Think about marketing as a system not a set of campaigns
  • Understand prioritization trade-offs and impact
  • Have run or supported full-funnel growth initiatives
  • Are hands-on and execution-oriented
  • Are hungry to learn grow and prove yourself
  • Experience in B2C subscriptions D2C or lifestyle brands is a plus.

  • Not a run ads and report clicks role
