We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales departments operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment while developing your skills in sales and administration.
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Managers in managing day-to-day operations including preparing sales presentations proposals and reports
- Maintain and update client databases ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Schedule meetings coordinate appointments and manage calendars for the sales team
- Prepare and distribute internal sales reports track sales performance and assist with the preparation of forecasts
- Handle incoming inquiries for group and individual bookings directing them to the appropriate Sales Manager
- Organize and maintain filing systems for sales contracts agreements and correspondence
- Support the sales team in coordinating bookings and events ensuring all client requests are promptly addressed
- Process contracts client information and booking details in the organizations management and CRM systems ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to all inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures sales decks and promotional emails
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities and special requests
- Provide support during sales events trade shows and client meetings as required
- Track and monitor client feedback ensuring follow-up actions are taken as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a Sales Events Reservations or Marketing coordination role within hospitality preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated dependable and detail oriented
- Demonstrates ability to acquire new knowledge at a rapid pace.
- Highly organized to handle fast paced environment.
