This role is the driving force behind designing testing and refining innovative solutions that transform the student lifecycle experience as part of the SMST Program.
With deep expertise in student administration our Analyst ensures every solution is practical scalable and aligned with both program goals and the Universitys vision. They dont just design processesthey craft experiences that enhance functionality and elevate user satisfaction.
Working hand-in-hand with Senior Change Managers they lead critical change activities such as impact analysis stakeholder engagement communication strategies and readiness planning. Their specialist knowledge bridges the gap between operational needs and program delivery embedding the business perspective at every stage of the journey.
