JOB DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Sales Team to formulate regional development plan in line with national channel strategies to achieve defined business objectives.
- Responsible to manage channel partners and continuously improve & optimize channel management by implement channel strategies including channel partner selecting onboarding partnering managing and leveraging to drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage the inventory levels of distributors within the assigned region analyzing sales and stock data to ensure healthy channel inventory prevent overstock or shortages and optimize turnover.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate distributor resources support key product launches and drive the market access of strategic products ensuring alignment with company goals.
- With the support by channel operation team to ensure that the quality standards and business controls are in place and well communicated. Verify issues or identify gaps discuss improvement solutions with partners and implement follow up actions to optimize overall procedure.
- Manage existing channel partner relationships in conjunction with the sales and sales leadership teams according to the set goals. Develop and evaluate for channel managements.
- Monitor market dynamic and provide input to support formulating channel strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years Medical Device channel or sales experience in the vascular intervention field.
- Experience in participating in or managing VBP processes is highly preferred.
- Strong value selling skills
- Finance knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Account and distributor management/targeting skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-guided
