Public Safety & Criminal Justice InstructorStafford Technical Center offers fourteen full-day technical education programs each of which offers college credits or industry certifications to students as part of their high school education. Students are prepared for higher education and/or entry into business and industry. Stafford Technical Center has an opening for a Public Safety & Criminal Justice instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking a candidate who is excited to build a strong foundation of career options within the public safety field in a high school setting. You will make a difference by helping to build our future first responders. The instructor will work with 10th 12th grade students in a full-day format which will include collaboration between industry leaders and postsecondary partners. This program is an introduction to public safety and related fields with a focus on the criminal justice system forensics and crime scene investigation. This full-time position is responsible for implementation of a state approved curriculum The program also offers college credit and the instructor must be able to be approved as an adjunct faculty member. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required with a Masters Degree preferred along with appropriate industry certifications. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field is required in order to be eligible for educator licensing.
