About the Role

In this hands-on role you will lead from the front. Combine your passion and skill for creating stunning outdoor spaces with your talent for leadership and developing the skills of your team members.

Lead and develop a dedicated team
Schedule prioritise and delegate tasks
Conduct inspections identify and implement improvements
Regularly liaise with the client
Ensure equipment is well-maintained

About You

You will be a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety with a track record of developing and motivating teams.

Experience with a wide range of mowing and garden maintenance tools and techniques
Proven team leadership experience
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
Drivers license
White Card
