Job Summary

A Restaurant Chef is responsible for contributing to the menu creation and managing the team member restaurant to deliver an excellent staff experience while managing food cost controls.

What will I be doing
As Restaurant Chef you are the beating heart of our kitchen. You combine culinary creativity with leadership and organizational skills. You lead the kitchen team ensure the quality of our dishes and oversee smooth daily operations stepping in for the Executive Chef when needed.

Your Profile as a Restaurant Chef/ Sous Chef in charge of Restaurant

ü Leadership & Responsibility: A natural leader with a passion for gastronomy you confidently take over the Executive Chefs responsibilities in their absence.

ü Team Development: You motivate coach and foster a positive work environment where your team can grow. Youre an enthusiastic trainer who values continuous learning.

ü Organization & Efficiency: You manage the daily kitchen operations delegate tasks and ensure both efficiency and service quality.

ü Creativity & Innovation: You develop seasonal menus and recipes involve your team in tastings and brainstorming maintain the recipe book and shape the storytelling around new dishes.

ü Administration & Precision: You meticulously manage orders and inventory create accurate menu costings and coordinate daily actions related to safety HACCP and hygiene.

What will you bring to our kitchen

ü Flexibility and strong leadership skills

ü Relevant experience preferably in a hotel kitchen and the permits to be able to work in Belgium

ü Knowledge of current culinary trends

ü Proficiency in Word Excel and Outlook

ü Passion for delivering high-quality dishes
