About the Role:
As an Administrative Coordinator at SPINs Behavioral Health Autism Services you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to our team. Your major end result will be to maintain an efficient and organized office environment that allows our team to focus on delivering high-quality services to the people we serve.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent Associates preferred
- Experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments organizing meetings and maintaining records.
- Provide support to our team by answering phone calls responding to emails and handling inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
- maintain accurate data in electronic health record to ensure that all services delivered are accurately documented and able to be billed.
- ensure each individual served has active and appropriate insurance in conjunction with the BHAS billing team to ensure billing regulations are maintained
Skills:
As an Administrative Coordinator you will utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and provide support to our team. You will use your proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software to prepare reports presentations and other documents. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. Additionally your familiarity with medical terminology and procedures as well as experience with electronic health systems will be beneficial in this role.
