CNA-Care Center

Suncoast Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us at our Care Center in Palm Harbor while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: 8p-8a (3 shifts a week).

Since 1977 Suncoast Hospice has been honored to serve our neighbors across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties with compassionate end-of-life care. As part of Empath Health we help those living with advanced illness find comfort dignity and meaning while supporting their families and caregivers with guidance and care every step of the way.

What youll Do

• responsible for providing care and/or assisting with that care when appropriate.
• should be able to respond sensitively to patient/family needs by observing and reporting any changes to include physical spiritual social and emotional to the patients nurse or supervisory nurse.
• Supports and carries out the organizations mission vision and values on a consistent basis.

What Youll Need

• Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Licensure:
  • Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License).
  • Valid Florida State Drivers License
