Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join ourProductUnit at Fedoriv and contribute to creating mobile products websites and design systems for business and the public sector.

This is a full-time role in a team with strategic responsibility creating digital products from the very start to the final result.

If you feel comfortable in a fast-paced high-context environment can work independently and know how to create cohesive products from scratch we would be happy to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Designing full-fledged mobile applications and websites (from auditing existing solutions tobuilding design systems)
Collaborating with product strategists managers and developers to ensure solution alignment and smooth technical implementation
Presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders including clients
Ensuring compliance with accessibility best practices (including UX in wartime conditions and other critical usage scenarios)
Participating in work sessions design reviews and regular check-ins with stakeholders

Hard Skills

5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design (mobile-first)
Proven experience working with design systems including creating them from scratch
Confident use of Figma (variants tokens atomic structure documentation prototyping)
Strong understanding of mobile design guidelines (iOS Android cross-platform web)
Solid knowledge of UX architecture user flows and state logic
Experience conducting usability testing and writing clear reports
Experience collaborating with developers to ensure feasible implementation
Experience with accessibility and inclusive design is a strong plus
A portfolio is required
