Quality Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Quality Associate to join our Quality team. This role supports a wide range of GMPaligned quality activities across materials management operational support documentation and continuous improvement. The Role

• Demonstrate strong organisation teamwork and problemsolving while adapting to changing schedules.

• Work independently with a resultsdriven approach ensuring all tasks meet GMP and SOP requirements.

• Manage materials: correct storage accurate inventory status inspections releases and new material qualifications.

• Support operations through 100% inspections label print approvals and inprocess packaging checks.

• Complete required ComplianceWire SOP training before performing related activities.

• Maintain documentation including SOP updates and efficient record retrieval.

• Monitor Quality System KPIs support continuous improvement and assist with investigations and calibration reviews.

• Provide support for nonroutine quality tasks and help resolve daily quality issues.

• Any other duties as required

The Candidate

• Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical or Science disciplines.

• Proven experience in medical/pharmaceutical organisations.

• Knowledge of international regulatory standards (e.g. ISO9001 HSA PIC/S) is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of GMP and SOPdriven environments.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

• Detailoriented with strong analytical and criticalthinking abilities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems (e.g. JDE Trackwise).

• Selfdriven team player with minimal supervision required.

• Ability to work in cold/frozen environments and at heights when required (with appropriate PPE and equipment)
