AWT consolidates BlackRocks varying products including Advisor Center Aladdin Risk for Wealth and SMA Business with marketing and sales teams -- with the goal of improving the user experience of its technology products and improving relationships with the financial advisors who use DescriptionThe Associate will join the development team in Mumbai. The Associate will be an integral part of the team and take responsibility for working on the Product roadmap for the Business and contribute to the milestones set for the position requires solid hands-on programming creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills and an enthusiasm for learning. This role also offers the opportunity to partner with proficient software developers to continue to build both new multi-tier enterprise systems and enhance existing coding testing and supporting reliable robust software applications and Backend services with high-quality standards and best industry a Subject matter expert for the team and provide technical solutions to the Business will balance strong engineering output with strong organizational leadership decision-making and communication skills. Ability to quickly learn and start development using a new language or framework as per the technology stack to be used in a actively in multi-functional feature requirements gathering design and with Product management on the right units of work to include in each development code reviews and providing timely feedback to other in a Global team environment spreading across several time Skills/CompentenciesMandatoryA strong understanding of Reacts core principles and function-based with modern JavaScript (ES6) and with state management libraries like Redux Recoil or in HTML CSS/SCSS JQuery in writing tests (unit integration etc.) with Jest Cypress or in using Git for version to haveExperience with Git for version with CI/CD platforms like Azure typical Java-based frameworks such as Spring MVC Spring Boot in developing microservices architecture and/or writing Restful with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).Some experience with software containerization platforms like Open Container Initiative (OCI) container packaging and runtime/Cloud-Native distributed containerized microservice building and passionate about creating great products that solve big teamwork interpersonal skills and time management analytical and problem-solving written and verbal communication to self-study and learn new concepts with minimal mentorship should be in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.4-6 years of professional software development object-oriented programming knowledge along with good understanding of algorithms data structures and design to work in a global domain background is a plus.
