About the role
Were looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Team Leader who takes pride in quality builds and enjoys leading a crew to deliver work theyre proud to put their name to.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll take ownership of site delivery safety and workmanship across a range of commercial and enhancement projects.
- Install hardscapes such as pathways patios and water features
- Build timber structures and features such as pergolas decking and fences.
- Construct brick and block structures
- Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion
- Perform softscape installation including planting trees shrubs and flowers and maintaining garden beds
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
What youll bring
- Cert III in Landscape Construction or proven experience in the industry
- Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
- Punctual dependable and committed to excellence
- Valid drivers license required
- White Card
- Working with Children Check
