Job Summary
Introduction
A well-established private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking an experienced ICU Unit Manager. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with expertise in critical care and the ability to manage complex patient environments.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Post basic qualification in Critical Care/ICU
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management advantageous
- 35 years ICU leadership experience
- Strong communication coordination and staff management skills
