Purpose:
- Maintaining Network Infrastructure
- Monitoring and Security
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Performance Optimization
Key Accountabilities:
- Network Availability & Uptime Ensuring the network is operational with minimal downtime by performing regular maintenance monitoring performance and quickly resolving issues.
- Security & Compliance Implementing firewalls VPNs intrusion detection/prevention systems and access controls to safeguard against cyber threats while ensuring compliance with security policies and industry regulations (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001).
- Network Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution Diagnosing and resolving networkrelated issues such as connectivity failures bandwidth congestion and hardware/software malfunctions while maintaining detailed incident logs.
- Infrastructure Management & Upgrades Configuring maintaining and upgrading network hardware (routers switches firewalls load balancers) and software (firmware network monitoring tools) to meet business needs.
- User Support & Training Assisting employees with networkrelated issues educating them on best practices and providing guidance on secure network usage.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintaining accurate network diagrams configuration records troubleshooting logs and performance reports for audit compliance and future planning.
- Vendor & Service Provider Coordination Managing relationships with ISPs hardware/software vendors and thirdparty service providers to ensure reliable network services and timely issue resolution.
- Network Capacity Planning & Scalability Assessing current and future network demands optimizing resources and planning for infrastructure expansion to support business growth.
- Policy Implementation & Enforcement Enforcing network usage policies access controls and security guidelines to maintain operational integrity and prevent unauthorized activities.

- Educational Level Bachelors degree Information technology computer science software engineering or a related field.
- Language Skills Very good in English
- Work Experience 57 Years 710 Years
- Technical Knowledge Experience with computer networks network administration and network installation.
- Proficient in computer hardware cabling installation and support wireless technology applications and interface and IT security.
