We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented Property Accountant to be part of the ongoing transformation of our asset management team. Based in Lisbon this permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international fast-paced environment where you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of our real estate portfolio.

Develop effective working relationships with the operational departments asset and property managers accounting teams and other key business stakeholders.
Support asset management team with administrative tasks AR and AP tasks
Manage tenant billing for charges and rents
Support the annual service charge reconciliations and ensure that agreed deadlines are met
Follow the unpaid rents and manage bad dept procedures and reporting
Develop into a Subject Matter Expert in Property Accounting processes and act as backup to other future property accountants.
Use Yardi software for property accounting and financial reporting tasks.
Diploma and experience
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property accounting or real estate accounting.
Experience reviewing bank statements preparing reconciliations and investigating variances
Experience with YARDI ERP is a great asset
Experience working with commercial and multi-tenant properties
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
