Role Purpose
The Sustainability Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring regulatory legal and standards compliance across sustainability-related topics within TPV Europe and TP Vision. The role plays a key part in sustainability reporting regulatory readiness internal governance and stakeholder coordination operating at the intersection of compliance reporting and operational execution.
Scope and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable sustainability-related laws regulations industry standards and internal policies
Develop implement and maintain sustainability and compliance policies procedures and frameworks
Monitor document and report on compliance activities and regulatory obligations
Coordinate and align sustainability and compliance action plans between TPV Europe TP Vision TPV Technology and relevant internal departments
Conduct internal audits gap analyses and risk assessments to identify and mitigate non-compliance
Track regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Preparation and publication of the annual CSRD report for TPV Europe based on VSME requirements
Support the preparation and publication of the annual CSRD report for TPV Devices (TPVD) based on ESRS requirements including external assurance processes
Preparation and publication of the annual sustainability report for the B2B brand PPDS
Coordination and execution of internal and external stakeholder consultations
Preparation coordination and support of ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 audits
Monitoring and implementation support for EU Right to Repair requirements
Monitoring and implementation support for EU Data Act requirements

Candidate Profile and Requirements
Education and Experience
Masters degree in Sustainability Management Environmental Management Compliance or a related field
510 years of proven experience in sustainability compliance or regulatory roles
Demonstrated experience with sustainability and compliance reporting frameworks and legislation
Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong knowledge of CSRD ESRS and sustainability reporting requirements
Experience with ISO certification processes including ISO 9001 and ISO 37001
Excellent project management skills including ownership of budgets timelines deliverables and reporting
Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving approach
Competencies and Personal Attributes
Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies
Strong communication skills in multicultural and international environments
Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-changing business context
High level of ownership proactivity and results orientation
