About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong PLC Automation Sales / Application Engineer to support and grow our industrial automation business.
The role involves technical sales solution consultation and client engagement for PLC SCADA HMI Drives and complete automation systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy combining engineering expertise with customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation
Promote and sell PLC SCADA HMI VFD Drives and control panel solutions
Understand client requirements and prepare technical & commercial proposals
Coordinate with design engineering and project teams for smooth execution
Conduct technical presentations demos and client meetings
Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up on leads
Build strong relationships with OEMs system integrators consultants and end users
Track market trends competitors and customer feedback
Support after-sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens Allen Bradley Mitsubishi Delta etc.)
Experience with SCADA / HMI systems
Ability to read electrical drawings control logic and automation architecture
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Self-driven target-oriented and able to work independently
Working knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint Word and CRM tools
Preferred Experience
Exposure to industries such as Process Automation Water Treatment HVAC Packaging Manufacturing
Knowledge of system integration control panel design and instrumentation
Experience in B2B sales or industrial project handling
Qualification
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or Automation Engineering
