Unit Information: Location: Centerpoint Medical Center Building: Inpatient Rehab Floor: 4 Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 76626 Discipline: Occupational Therapy Quantity: 2 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8-430- Ideally Tues- Sat or Sun- Thurs- need weekend help the most Call Requirements: NA Weekends: see above but if working Mon- Fri- 1 weekend every 6 weeks. General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 285 bed Level 2 Trauma Center 16 bed Inpatient rehab unit Number of Staff 14 Type of staff: o Day Shift 11 acute care OT 4 Rehab OT o Night Shift - NA Patient Ratios Acute 12:1 rehab 4-5:1 Type of equipment All normal rehab supplies EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Licensed occupational therapist Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Acute care/ rehab experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Evaluations and treatments ADLs. mobility List any machines and/or equipment used on the unit: Rehab gym equipment Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
