Sign on Bonus: Upto 20000

This is a 221-bed acute care hospital. We serve the communities of Seminole and West Volusia County. We are committed to the care and improvement of human life. We are a Level II Trauma Center. We provide the only full-service cardiovascular program. Our program offers open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology. Electrophysiology cardiac rehabilitation and comprehensive diagnostic services are also offered by this program. Other services that we provide include orthopedic and spine care as well as robotic surgery. We offer acute inpatient medical rehabilitation and complete imaging services.

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner

In this role you will:

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation

Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team

Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively

Monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life-threatening situations

Educate patients regarding their medications procedure and treatments providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

What qualifications you will need:

1 years of Recent ICU RN experience in acute care Required

Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree BSN is preferred

NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start

Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start

American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date

PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
