Location: Hybrid (3days in office) CHARLOTTE NC - 300 S TRYON STREET
Interview: 2 interviews; 1st virtual with manager in London 2nd in person
Must have Asset Management experience
Local candidates only no relocation
Job Summary
- Lead and manage strategic projects system implementations and process improvements within the Asset Management space.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: scoping planning/design execution testing delivery and closing.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables and develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
- Manage project resources risks dependencies and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (fund accountants technology compliance).
- Ensure ongoing project communication and status updates to stakeholders and PMO management.
- Prepare project status reports and updates for senior management including scope changes and delivery issues.
- Support technology integration especially fund accounting software upgrades or migrations ensuring compliance and reporting needs are met.
- Drive collaboration resolve team conflicts and foster accountability.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop workflows and documentation for new processes implemented in projects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships including clients and internal teams.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and project management tools (Microsoft Office Smartsheet HPQC Azure Dev Ops etc.).
- Focus on technology data people and process transitions in Private Asset Management environments.
- Experience with Investment Operations teams and BlackRock Solutions eFront product is a plus.
