About the Role

As Counsel you will play a key role within the Amsterdam-based Employment Incentives & Pensions team. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing strategically to the growth and positioning of the practice.

Your role will include:

Leading and managing complex employment and pensions law matters for high-profile clients
Acting as a trusted adviser to clients on strategic and sensitive issues
Driving business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships
Mentoring coaching and developing junior lawyers and senior associates
Contributing to the long-term development of the practice group and the firm more broadly
Collaborating closely with international colleagues on cross-border matters

Your Profile

The ideal candidate:

Has at least 10 years of experience as an employment law attorney in a comparable (top-tier or international) practice
Is able to independently run a practice and serve as a role model within the team
Enjoys coaching mentoring and developing colleagues
Actively contributes to the strategic growth and visibility of the practice and the firm
Brings a strong personal network and has a commercial mindset
Combines technical excellence with pragmatism and strong interpersonal skills
