Job Summary

Key Responsblities Areas:

Establishing & enforcing Standard Test Processes and Deliverables (including defect
management & quality metric reporting) within the gated process to Suggested keywords while
developing content streamline testing
Sharing every new release Functional test case status report with all the members Team Leader
and Managers
Mentoring Quality Analysts on test plan and test case development
Reviewing project test and implementation schedules; monitoring documenting and reporting
the current status of defects for each testing cycle and overall project to the management
Updating test plans creating test cases and test scenarios for assigned functional areas
Coordinating with business analysts and development teams to assess requirements and engage
in project review and status meetings
Designing tracking and disseminating metrics to monitor software quality
Setting up and managing communication between the Development Team & Testing Team
