Hiring: Salesforce System Admin Seattle WA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Location: Seattle WA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months

We are seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join a dynamic 10-person team. This role focuses on system administration (not development) and requires strong experience managing large datasets enforcing governance standards and supporting enterprise-level environments.

Must Have:

7 years of Systems Administration experience (Salesforce most important; Workforce Tableau or Seismic a plus)
Configuration admin work user setup rules/provisioning report delivery and responding to user requests
Data Governance: enforce and adapt governance standards
Data Management: advanced Excel skills ability to manage large datasets mapping/comparison and ensuring data quality before system load
Experience in Financial Services or large enterprise organizations
Project Management experience with Jira
Strong critical thinking communication and stakeholder management skills
Client-service orientation with a continuous improvement mindset

Must Have:

Confluence experience (documentation)
Baseline SQL knowledge
Salesforce certifications (Admin Sr. Admin Platform Builder etc.)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

70%: Intake and triage of end-user requests working through tickets from multiple offices
30%: Strategic/project-based work including configuration changes project requests and delivery on larger initiatives
