Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support the 2026 Customer API and Data Sharing initiative. This role is focused on gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements creating L0 and L1 diagrams and producing detailed documentation for existing APIs. The ideal candidate is technical detail-oriented and comfortable working closely with engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document functional and non-functional business requirements
Create and maintain L0 (context) and L1 (high-level process/data flow) diagrams
Document existing APIs including data flows integrations and dependencies
Collaborate with technical teams to understand current API implementations
Translate technical information into clear structured documentation
Support customer API and data sharing initiatives through accurate and complete documentation
Ensure documentation aligns with business and technical standards

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments
Strong experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements
Hands-on experience creating L0 and L1 diagrams
Solid understanding of APIs integrations and data flows
Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand existing system behavior
Strong written and verbal communication skills
