Job Title: Teacher Aide / Classroom Assistant

Job Summary:
- The Teacher Aide supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. This role assists with daily classroom activities supervision and care while promoting childrens social emotional and educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Support children during learning playtime meals and nap/rest periods.
- Help maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
- Supervise children indoors and outdoors to ensure safety at all times
- Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate social interactions
- Assist with diapering toileting and hygiene routines as required.
- Prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
- Communicate effectively with teachers staff and parents as needed.
- Follow all school policies licensing regulations and health & safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience flexibility and a positive attitude.
