Location: Utica NY

Shift: 8-hour Nights (10:30 PM 6:30 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5/week

Pay Rate: $45/hr. On W-2

Requirements:

1 year LTC experience (required)
Active NY LPN license (NURSYS)
Current BLS
2 recent Charge/Manager references
Skills checklist (LTC)
RTO required at submission
EMR: Point Click Care
Locals accepted (within 75 miles local rate applies)
