Job Summary

Role: Lead UAT Tester
Location: Seattle WA 100% onsite (5 days from office)
Duration : 6 Months contract

Job Description:

UAT engineers work closely with end-users to validate that the software or peripheral device meets their requirements and expectations.
We need a strong UAT Lead Tester with proven leadership experience solid IFT (Interface / Integration Flow Testing) expertise & hands-on experience with Order Fulfillment scenarios.
Facilitate testing sessions and standups vendor management on defects gather user feedback and ensure the final product aligns with the intended use cases and business requirements.
Compile UAT Plan per assigned project. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of multiple projects test plans cases results and other UAT-related artifacts.
Experience creating test scenarios and test execution for on Telco Lead to order and order to cash flows for B2B.
Experience in quality assurance.
Experience in manual testing
Experience with Jira & Confluence.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience leading process improvements
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
Knowledge of a spectrum of technical platforms and tools (iOS Android Mac PC etc).
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience working with diversified stakeholders including Program Managers QAEs TPMs Developers Operations and leadership.
Ability to be flexible and self-govern multiple projects and effectively report on each.
