Job Summary

Job Title: Agile Business Analyst (Azure DevOps / Jira / UAT Lead)

Location: Austin TX - (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Gather analyze and document detailed user requirements business processes and system issues to support automation initiatives and application improvements
Elicit and translate business needs into well-defined user stories with clear testable acceptance criteria
Create comprehensive user stories and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
Develop wireframes to support intuitive user-centered design and enhanced user experience
Conduct manual testing including mobile application testing to validate functionality against requirements
Perform QA reviews of user stories to ensure acceptance criteria non-functional requirements and overall readiness are fully met
Coordinate and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders ensuring timely sign-off and proper backlog documentation of additional items
Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
Serve as the primary interface between developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve questions related to user stories
Utilize Azure DevOps Jira or similar Agile management tools to manage backlogs track progress and support sprint execution
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities; prepare proposals and wireframes for new system enhancements
Provide consultation on application analysis troubleshoot system problems and recommend and implement effective solutions
Perform business analysis work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment
Work collaboratively in high-performing Agile teams and adhere to established organizational policies and procedures
Attend scheduled meetings meet project deadlines organize and manage assigned tasks and perform additional duties as required
Experience working as a Business Analyst within Agile methodologies
Creating user stories and actively participating in all Agile ceremonies
Leading refinement sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
Experience using Azure DevOps Jira or similar Agile tools
Performing senior-level highly complex business analysis work
Performing QA reviews of user stories and validating non-functional requirements
Coordinating and guiding UAT activities with business stakeholders
Identifying automation and process improvement opportunities and developing proposals or wireframes
Consulting on application analysis troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions
