Job Summary
ROLE: QA Lead
Location: ONSITE- Charlotte NC Minneapolis MN Dallas TX or Atlanta
Description:
Selenium Cucumber CI/ CD Pipelines
Quality Assurance Leadership
Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Define and implement test strategies plans and automation frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
Automation Testing
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber Selenium and other relevant tools.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Offshore Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams.
Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams.
Ensure timely communication of requirements priorities and feedback.
Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases test plans and defect reports.
Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders.
Track and report key QA metrics (e.g. test coverage defect density automation progress).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
6 years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber Selenium and Java/Python.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
