Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical services team. This role is essential in ensuring patient safety maintaining sterile environments and supporting optimal surgical outcomes before during and after procedures. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Maintain sterile technique and support a safe operating room environment
Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond promptly to changes in condition
Accurately document patient assessments interventions and outcomes
Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists surgical technologists and nursing staff
Participate in surgical safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program (Bachelors preferred)
Active Arizona RN License or Compact State RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
1 2 years of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience (preferred)
