The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient-centered nursing care to adult patients across a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs developing and implementing individualized plans of care administering treatments and medications and evaluating patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe high-quality patient care.

Education
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications
Active Arizona RN License or Compact State RN License required
CPR (BLS) required
ACLS required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
Experience
1 2 years of Medical-Surgical or acute care nursing experience preferred
New graduates may be considered based on training and support availability
